25 Years

III's 25th birthday comes up in September 2011. We thank all those customers and staff that assisted our company reach this milestone.

Bob Jones is Recovering

For those who don't know, our Maintenance Manager, Bob Jones, had a heart attack at work in late November. Quick response from our team, and specifically Michael Bill, James Brown and Graeme Noort who performed CPR, lead to him making it to hospital alive.

We are pleased to advise that after some time in intensive care, Bob got to get a bypass and is recovering. He is well in spirit and looks very very good.

He has even given up smoking.

We have bought a Zol AED and increased CPR training coverage.

New Employees

We are pleased to announce some new additions to the III family.

Martin Beetson has joined our electrical installation crew. Martin has many years experience in industrial work in the Illawarra and will be part of our core construction resources.

Jason Goodes also joins our Technical Services section with an already established level of experience in PLC and HMI applications.

We are hosting another demonstration day on August 19th - feel free to drop around and see some of our range of hardware from suppliers such as SMC, Yokogawa, ECE Fast and more.

Staff Movements

We are sad to announce that Brett Carruthers and Luke Thompson have resigned over the last few weeks.

Brett is moving to one of our customers to persue opportunities and skills that this large company can provide.

Luke is moving to gain more direct experience with electrical design.

We wish them the best in their new endeavors and thank them for their efforts with III.

Upcoming Demo Day

Our Sales department is again running one of our regular demonstration days, featuring a BBQ lunch and a selection of products from some of our suppliers, such as SMC, Yokogawa, Weidmuller Signal Products, Temperature Controls, Wika and Thermo-Fisher Scientific.

New iii Website Launched

Welcome to the newly redsigned iii website for 2010. We hope to be able to bring new information that is more up to date, as well as new tools and features such as our product catalogue, as well as new updates for our conversions and temperature sensor builder.
